- Weekends require a two-night minimum stay; in the event of special circumstance wherein only one night is booked on a weekend, the weekend rates are subject to change.

Reservations may be guaranteed by means of a credit card or a $250 deposit. Please note that we ask you to hold your room with the credit card you wish to charge with. Any changes may incur a $25 service fee.
- Reservations are for single or double occupancy. A $50 fee will automatically be charged to the card given to reserve your room for each additional person in your room per night.

You have 72 hours to return your signed confirmation form in order to secure your room and rate. After 72 hours, changes in availability could increase your room rate.

Final confirmation of a booking is only made on receipt of above mentioned and if not received within a reasonable amount of time, the Inn reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking without verbal or written notice.

Check-in time is at or after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is before or at 11:00 a.m.
- Although there are staff on premises, office Hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. We will try to return messages left over the weekend, so please leave a message when calling on a Saturday or Sunday.
- Smoking is allowed on grounds only in a designated area. Austin's Inn at Pearl Street is proud to offer a refreshing, smoke-free environment to our guests. A $250 cleaning fee will be automatically charged to the credit card given to reserve your room if we find evidence of smoking in your room or in other areas not designated for smoking.
- We do not allow candles brought by guests, under any circumstances, to be lit in our rooms or on the premises. A $250 cleaning fee will be automatically charged to the credit card given when you made your reservation if we find evidence that candles have been lit in your room or on premises that were not provided by Inn staff.

Cancellations must be made, in writing, 10 or 30 days in advance of arrival date (according to the reservation requirements) in order to receive a full refund.

No verbal cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations are to be faxed or emailed directly to the Inn.

Guests may not transfer reservations to a third party in the event of a cancellation.

Your obligation to pay under the cancellation policy is not excused, limited, or modified due to any unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or acts of God. If you do not adhere to our cancellation policy within the terms above your duty to pay is absolute, and cannot be excused for any reason.

The full term of the stay will be charged in the event of a premature departure. This is not dependent on the hotel's occupancy level.

Guests are advised to take out travel insurance.

During high season and on busy week-ends a thirty (30) day cancellation policy will go into effect.

Due to limited space at the Inn, there will be a $25 storage fee for shipments of packages, letters or faxes that arrive prior to your stay.

Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
- Parking is available on site for one car per room unless special arrangements are made, and special parking tags may be provided upon check-in or at any point during your stay. The Inn is not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to vehicle, equipment or contents.

We are fortunate to be able to host weddings and other events throughout the year, normally on Saturday's. Our events most commonly take place in the evenings for approximately 4 hours, and utilize primarily the patio/cobblestone area. We try to be courteous and inform our guests when a wedding will be held during their stay, although occasionally an event is booked after a guest has made a reservation. When we host events at our Inn, the set up alters our parking situation minimally, and a parking map for special occasions has been placed under the "Contact" page. Please note that we have alternate parking for those guests who attend our events who are not in-house, and there should still be ample parking on- site for our overnight guests.
